Theoretical Physics Graduate Resume

Physics is the study of physical properties of all material bodies. This study involves either direct experimentation with the object or developing a theory to explain the behavior of all similar objects belonging to the category of the particular object under consideration. The study theoretical physics follows the later strategy.

Theoretical physics has a tremendous scope of development, as does its parent discipline, physics itself! Commonly observed properties of materials are easy to explain with the help of simple mathematical formulae, however complex behaviors such as at the microscopic level or under specially designed conditions, need powerful mathematical tools to explain the phenomenon. In such scenarios, theoretical physics extensively uses advanced mathematical methods for building physical models.

Career Objective:

To seek the position of theoretical physicists at a reputed institute/organization

Summary of Qualifications:

Extremely talented beginner’s level theoretical physicistConsistently good academic recordsCrystal clear understanding of the fundamental concepts in physicsThorough knowledge of the major events studied under the various sub-disciplines of PhysicsMastery in using mathematics for developing a theoretical base of an event or for any complex physical analysisDeep knowledge of some of the advanced mathematical theories and analysis tools developed by these theoriesAbility to work under tremendous work pressures and consistently, for long hours of researchProficiency is using the common computer aided office tools, such as MS OfficeExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsAbility to search quickly with the Internet, for the required data

Academic education:

Graduate in Theoretical Physics from California State University, Los Angeles, CA (2009)

Academic Project:

“Group Theory for atomic events”. Atomic physics events are one of the hardest scientific objects to explain, due to the limitations of experimentation at the microscopic level. The popular group theory, however, can be used to explain some of the extremely complex electro spins. In my final year graduation project, I used the same idea to show that there are certain conditions for the electrons, under which they follow the prerequisites for group theory and hence, the theory can be successfully used to explain these events
